Am the CFO India's LNG business with Shell. I have considerable experience in navigating the corporate world and the underlying learnings for me is to
a) Always know what my worth is
b) Building stretch and development into my current role going over and above my job description
c) Emotional Quotient and navigating tough situations and aligning several and senior stakeholders
d) Dealing with ambiguity
e) Coping with difficult situations
f) The Dilbert principles are true :)
I've worked in global roles and extensively with teams in London.
I would love to lend a neutral listening ear not as a coach but more a friend/ guide and help anyone who feels they need help navigating the corporate world. I have a daughter and currently live in a different city from my spouse. The conversation need not necessarily be restricted to complexities with the corporate world since a large part of the person you are in the corporate world is also contextual to what you are experiencing on the personal front.
We also write about people and we can write up a story about you to give you fresh and positive perspective of who you are.
